You have a 30-day window from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return. To be eligible, ensure the item is in its original packaging, unworn or unused, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, carefully inspect the items. If you notice any of the following damages or issues, please contact us immediately at support@broadsidestands.com. We are committed to addressing and resolving these concerns promptly.
1. Chips/Scratches in Paint:
- Any noticeable chips or scratches in the paint finish that affect the aesthetics or functionality of the item.
2. Dents or Bent Parts:
- Visible dents, bends, or deformities in structural components that impact the stability or intended use of the product.
3. Frayed or Torn Ropes:
- Any fraying, tearing, or significant wear on ropes or related components that compromise the safety or performance of the product.
4. Missing or Lost Parts:
- Any items or components missing from the original packaging that are essential for the proper assembly, use, or appearance of the product.
5. Defective Mechanical or Functional Parts:
- Malfunctions or defects in mechanical or functional components that hinder the intended operation or safety of the item.
6. Incorrect Item Received:
- Receiving a different item than the one ordered, leading to an inconsistency between the received product and the purchase confirmation.
7. Incomplete Assembly or Manufacturing Errors:
- Instances where the item is not fully assembled as per the provided instructions or manufacturing errors that affect its functionality.
8. Water Damage:
- Any damage caused by exposure to water during shipping or delivery that negatively impacts the integrity of the product.
Restocking Fee for Damaged Items:
In the unfortunate event of damage caused by customer use within the initial 30 days of purchase, a $50 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee applies to items exhibiting damages outlined in the "Damages and Issues" section. If the stand has been used, this fee will apply.
Shipping Information:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part. When returning items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges:
For a swift exchange, return the item and, upon approval, make a separate purchase for the desired item.
Refunds:
